home / studio

One studio, a bench, and a mascot.

Cambiworks LLC is registered in the United States and run out of Cairo. The work happens in five countries, almost always inside a business that already has a site, an ad account, half a brand and a mess that somebody has to sort out.

No account managers.

The person who scopes your work is the person doing it. Specialists join per project and leave when it ships: a designer, a writer, an editor, a media buyer, a second pair of engineering hands. You get told who they are.

Which means the client list is short on purpose. Ten engagements is the ceiling here, not a step on the way to fifty, because at fifty you get an account manager and a status call instead of the work.

Where the work happens

Vancouver, Doha, Jeddah, Riyadh, Basel, Port Said and Cairo. Seven cities, five countries, and a working day that opens with the Gulf and closes with the Pacific, which is how a Vancouver client gets an answer before their morning.

Same person on every call, whichever city it is coming from.

( the rule )

If we cannot measure it, we will not sell it.

Every engagement gets a number attached before it starts: rankings, enquiries, bookings, views, hours saved. When that number does not move, the flat month is the first thing on the call, not the thing nobody mentions.

No decks. Three moves.

Scoped in days, shown weekly, operated after launch.

  1. Scope

A call, then a plan on one page: what we build, when it lands, and the number it should move. Nothing starts until you say go.

  2. Build

You see it every week, not at the end. Drafts, staging links, rough cuts and the numbers as they arrive, so there is never a month where you are guessing.

  3. Grow

The work only starts paying after it goes live, so that is where we stay: measure, fix, write the next round, cut the next video.

The toolkit.

Every tag here is running in something live right now. Nothing aspirational, nothing added because it looks good on a slide.

About the blob.

Blip is a drop of ink rendered live on your graphics card: one shader, no libraries, real light on a real surface. He follows the tour, watches your cursor, gets out of its way when it comes too close, and hands the page back the moment you scroll.

He is also the argument. Every business says it wants a site people remember, then approves the safe one. This is what the other choice looks like, built by the studio you would be hiring, with nobody to ask for permission.

Tell us what you want to move.

Four lines about the business and the number you want moved is enough. A person reads it and answers the same day, and you will know on that first reply whether this is worth your time.
