A full rebuild of how the site explains the work, plus the search and AI visibility work that gets it found in a city full of builders.
( what this is )
Most sites are a brochure nobody finishes reading. The good ones do one job: they load before the visitor loses interest, say the one thing that matters, and make the next step obvious.
We design and code it with the same people, on WordPress and Elementor when that is what you run, on Next.js when it needs to be an app. Then the software behind it: a CRM shaped like your process, a booking flow, a dashboard that pulls your own numbers into one screen.
A business whose site was built by someone else, in a hurry, and now has to carry real traffic. Or one with a spreadsheet doing a job that software should be doing.
Designed and built by the same hands, fast, and written to convert.
On the install you already have, so nothing you own gets thrown away.
Enquiries stop dying between a phone and a spreadsheet, with WhatsApp inside it where that is where your customers are.
Your numbers, from the sources you already pay for, on one screen you open every morning.
Carefully, with a human in the loop, and only where it saves real hours.
Accounts, code and domains in your name. Documentation written for the next person, not for us.
Live engagements that include this work. The full list is on the work page.

Search work with measured Swiss keyword data, and a redesign of the pages that sell suits rather than describe them.

Business coach for the building trades
Vancouver, Canada
ongoing
Search, AI answer visibility and a timesheet and client app, so the coaching business stops running on spreadsheets.
A call, then a plan on one page: what we build, when it lands, and the number it should move. Nothing starts until you say go.
You see it every week, not at the end. Drafts, staging links, rough cuts and the numbers as they arrive, so there is never a month where you are guessing.
The work only starts paying after it goes live, so that is where we stay: measure, fix, write the next round, cut the next video.
You do. Code, footage, content, ad accounts and domains sit on your accounts wherever the platform allows it, and they stay yours if we stop working together.
Most of the time, yes. Most of this work happens inside sites, ad accounts and CRMs that already exist, already have history, and cannot be thrown away.
Four lines about the business and the number you want moved is enough. A person reads it and answers the same day, and you will know on that first reply whether this is worth your time.
