A full rebuild of how the site explains the work, plus the search and AI visibility work that gets it found in a city full of builders.
( what this is )
Search has split in two. The blue links still matter, and now there is a second layer: the answer an assistant gives before anyone clicks. Both reward the same thing, a site that is fast, clear and specific about what you do and where you do it.
This is that work. It starts with an audit that turns into fixes rather than a PDF, moves into pages built on keywords with measured volume, and keeps going with the local signals that make the phone ring.
A business with a service people search for by name and place: a builder in Vancouver, a tailor in Basel, a clinic in Doha. If your customers type what you do into a search box, this is the bucket.
Speed, structure, schema, indexing, broken things. Found, then fixed on the site, not listed in a report.
Measured volumes, not guesses, in the country your customers search from.
Service and location pages written for the searcher first and the crawler second.
Google Business Profile, categories, reviews, citations and the map pack, which is where the calls come from.
Structured facts, llms.txt and clean entity data, so assistants quote you instead of a directory.
What moved, what did not, what happens next. Readable in a minute.
Live engagements that include this work. The full list is on the work page.

Search work with measured Swiss keyword data, and a redesign of the pages that sell suits rather than describe them.

Search, AI answer visibility and a timesheet and client app, so the coaching business stops running on spreadsheets.

Two very different searches in one brand: lessons in one city, and a niche holiday people book from anywhere.

Image search work across the site: every photograph renamed and described so the fleet is findable, not just visible.
A call, then a plan on one page: what we build, when it lands, and the number it should move. Nothing starts until you say go.
You see it every week, not at the end. Drafts, staging links, rough cuts and the numbers as they arrive, so there is never a month where you are guessing.
The work only starts paying after it goes live, so that is where we stay: measure, fix, write the next round, cut the next video.
Most of the time, yes. Most of this work happens inside sites, ad accounts and CRMs that already exist, already have history, and cannot be thrown away.
Usually the same week. On most projects there is something on screen inside two weeks, and you can stop after any month if it is not working.
Four lines about the business and the number you want moved is enough. A person reads it and answers the same day, and you will know on that first reply whether this is worth your time.
